Website privacy

Updated November 4, 2026

This notice covers getunclog.app, the Unclog website, operated by Luis Montoya. For how the app handles your photos and videos, see the app privacy policy.

What we measure

We use PostHog, hosted in its European Union region, to count website visits, sample-demo starts and completions, and clicks on App Store links. Events include the page, language, button placement, whether the sample was opened through the guided tour or browsing, whether the demo was completed, a broad mobile or desktop viewport category, browser and device information, referral source, and allowed campaign parameters. Demo starts and completions count at most once per page load. We do not record individual media choices or actions within the demo. A click does not confirm a download.

Cookieless analytics

Our analytics configuration does not save cookies or identifiers in browser storage. We do not record sessions or create person profiles, and we do not link your website visit to your identity in the app. PostHog receives connection information, including your IP address and browser, to process requests and calculate a temporary identifier using a daily rotating salt. This estimates unique visitors without storing a permanent identifier on your device.

We do not send names, email addresses, photos, or videos to analytics. URL fragments and query parameters unrelated to campaigns are removed before addresses are recorded. See PostHog’s privacy policy for information about its service.

Your preferences

We do not load PostHog when your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT). You can also block PostHog requests in your browser. The website continues to work when analytics is blocked.

Hosting and external links

Vercel hosts this website and processes the connection information needed to serve it. If you follow an App Store link, Apple receives that visit and may attribute downloads to a campaign. Those services have their own privacy policies.
